I’m helping TourScale find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Franchise Operations Coordinator.
This is a cool job because you’ll get to support franchisee success from onboarding to reporting through tasks, documentation, data, and training updates.
Compensation:
USD 1.5K - 2.2K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, El Salvador, Guatemala, Paraguay, and Uruguay residents).

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Franchise Operations Coordinator to join our remote team and support the onboarding of new franchisees. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep our onboarding process smooth, timely, and incredibly well-organized.
You’ll set up tasks, follow up with franchisees, update trackers, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you love checklists, task boards, and helping others succeed—this is your dream job.
Responsibilities:
- Set up franchisee onboarding projects in ClickUp.
- Assign tasks, update due dates, and send reminders.
- Track document completion (insurance, contracts, marina info, etc.).
- Support CRM data entry and record maintenance (Zoho CRM).
- Maintain and update training resources (Zoho Learn).
- Help prepare franchisee success reports and scorecards.
- Communicate via email, Loom, and Slack with internal team and franchisees.
You’ll Do Great in This Role If You:
- Love organizing people and tasks.
- Can keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball.
- Are a strong-written communicator (English: Advanced or Fluent).
- Are familiar with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Can follow SOPs and help improve them.
- Are proactive and accountable—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
- Used Zoho CRM, Zoho Learn, or similar tools.
- Worked in franchising, customer success, or client onboarding.
- Helped set up marketing tools like Google My Business, Canva, Facebook.
