*Prior experience in the insurance industry required.
*Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Flexibility, independence, and a proactive attitude.
*Personal computer with reliable high-speed internet and a high school diploma.

What You’ll Do:
*Provide outstanding support via phone, email, and chat.
*Policy changes, mortgage changes , certificates of Insurance
*Policy servicing - Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues.
*Quoting and rating - collect quote info, Run quotes through rating systems
