About the role, Keynotes:

· Profile – Virtual Assistant

· Full-time position

· Location – Remote - Work from home

· 40 hour work week

· Weekends off!

What you will do:

· Provide our customers outstanding phone, email, and chat-based technical support.

· Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must have a High school diploma.

· Must be willing to participate in a background screening.

· Fluent in English

· Great communication skills, written and orally.

· Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.

· Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to follow processes.

· Computer and High speed Internet

· Experience in the insurance industry is desirable.

STARTING PAY:

4.00 US Dollars per hour
We will provide:

· Paid Birthday Leave

· Paid vacation time after 1 year of employment

· Paid Training
